Hi, my name is Tom Blackmore, I am a 16 year old TY student in Coláiste Eoin. This June I am traveling to the Nsobe region in Zambia along with a group of 16 other TY students in Cuala GAA as part of the Cuala4Zambia Nsobe Community School Project where we will help build much needed facilities such as classrooms, student accommodation and teacher accommodation.

The school is run by Fiona Tomlinson and it is a full pre-school, primary & secondary school with over 600 students in this rural community. Cuala has had a long standing important relationship with this community having built a number of houses, classrooms, sponsored school equipment and more.

All funds raised will be invested in the local Nsobe community, supporting the school and in housebuilding materials.

(Our travel expenses are self funded).

Thanks so much for your support!
