My story is tragic, but it is real. My family miraculously survived famine, yet hunger and hardship have not ended. After international pressure, food finally entered Gaza, but we suffered a complete financial drain during the famine, when prices were insane. Now food is available, but unfortunately, prices are still extremely high, and we cannot afford enough to sustain my family and move forward.

The injustice has not ended, as the army warns of a possible ground invasion of Gaza City, the last city that has not yet been occupied. We do not have enough money to escape when the invasion begins, as random shelling will start, and it will be nearly impossible for people to evacuate safely.
