Help Kamill Fight Stage 4 Breast Cancer
Dear friends, family, and kind strangers,
We are reaching out on behalf of Kamill, a devoted wife, mother, and stepmother whose world has been turned upside down. Kamill is in the fight of her life against Stage 4 breast cancer that has spread to her brain and lungs.
Through unimaginable pain and exhaustion, she continues to pour out love, strength, and hope for her family—especially for her two little toddler boys who adore their mama, and for her five stepchildren who look to her as their guiding light.
Earlier last year, Kamill and her husband Garrett made the difficult decision to leave everything behind and return home to Texas. They wanted to be closer to family, to have support, and most importantly, for Kamill to receive the medical care she desperately needs. Garrett gave up his previous job to make this move, and after months of bouncing between family and friends’ homes, they finally—just weeks ago—moved into a place of their own. It was supposed to be a new beginning, a safe place for their children in the middle of the storm.
But heartbreak struck again. Shortly after starting his new job, Garrett was caught in a company layoff. As the last one hired, he was the first to go. Overnight, the family lost their only source of income.
Now, as Kamill fights for her life, she and Garrett face overwhelming financial strain—medical bills piling up, the cost of traveling for treatments, and the daily expenses of raising their children. The weight is crushing, but their love and faith remain unshaken.
We are asking for your help. Your donations, prayers, and shares of this page will provide relief where it’s needed most:
• Covering medical treatments and care for Kamill
• Keeping their new home secure for the children
• Supporting daily living expenses for their blended family
• Allowing Kamill to focus on what matters most—her fight, her healing, and her family
Kamill has always been the kind of person who lights up a room, who gives her love freely, and who puts others first. Now it is our turn to surround her with that same love.
No gift is too small, and every prayer matters. Together, we can ease this family’s burden and remind them they are not alone.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing with Kamill, Garrett, and their children during this battle. Your generosity, in any form, truly means the world.
With love and gratitude,
April Grogan & Family and Friends of Kamill
