Hello, my name is LeslieAnn Hutchins Cruse. I am 28 years old. I have an amazing, supportive husband, Alex, and we have three wonderful children. I was born with Spina Bifida and am a wheelchair user.



For most of my life, we have sought out ways for me to do adventurous things and to be independent. While I am quite capable of going places on my own, there are many terrains my manual chair cannot conquer. I have had a homemade power chair that has allowed me to have some freedom on the sand and dirt, and while it has been a blessing, it is now close to 20 years old and lacks dependability.


We recently came across an electric chair that will be a game changer in my ability to go on gravel, sand, snow and countless other terrains. It will open up a world of possibilities of where we can explore and go as a family.


The final cost of getting the chair is $32,000. Any support in helping this dream come true is extremely helpful and very appreciated.
