A Wheelchair Ramp for Kevin

Tax deductible
Kevin is an ANG vet who considers himself pretty lucky. Kevin is a great guy. He had a stroke and lost use of his left side. He doesn't complain about the chair he has to use, but without a ramp to get in and out of his house, he is trapped in his house.

We are a registered 501c3 charity that makes free modifications to the homes of disabled veterans. Our tagline is "Comfort and dignity for disabled American Service Veterans", and what that means is that we make modifications to the homes of service people who cannot afford the modifications. We raise all the money, and you can help. In this case, a ramp will add years to the length of time Kevin can stay in his home. That's what we mean by comfort and dignity. If we can help them stay in their homes- that's a win.

We build wheelchair ramps, we remodel kitchens, we install roofs, we make accessible bathrooms. In this case, Kevin needs a ramp. It's going to cost around 11K. We would like some help, please. 100% of the funds raised go to this project.

UPDATE (3/8): We might be partnering up with a local organization that can donate half of the cost as long as we do all of the leg work including ordering, installing, and scheduling; obviously, we are going to say yes to that. I adjusted the fundraiser goal to reflect their offer.
