Joshua Schneider is a humble and tireless public servant who has taken it upon himself to represent over 500 colleagues in the South Australian public sector during the current Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) negotiations.

Without union backing, resources, or compensation, Joshua has worked late nights and weekends to advocate for fairer wages and better conditions for all of us. His updates have been thoughtful, transparent, and deeply human – reflecting the real struggles many public servants face.
