A Trash man’s fight for Family

I'm reaching out for help during a challenging time in my life. Living with lupus has been a journey of ups and downs, and unfortunately, it's significantly impacted my ability to work and maintain my overall well-being.

Recently, I've also suffered a work-related injury that requires surgery, adding to my already complex health situation. The combination of managing lupus flares and recovering from surgery has made it impossible for me to continue working, leaving me with significant financial strain.
