A thank you too our inspiring bargaining team

Our bargaining team has put in 100s of hours, unpaid to fight for a fair contract. Let's honor them in all they have done for us by treating them to something special. I don't know what the "thing" is yet. But I'd sure be open to hear ideas and feedback. But regardless, they deserve something for their efforts. Even if you can only throw in 5$ or something, I'm sure we can do something for them. Feel free to wait til after retro pay too.
