A Single Mom's Medical Emergency

Hello, my name is Sarah and I am humbly reaching out for help during a very difficult time. I am a survivor of both human trafficking and severe domestic violence. By God's grace, I've been free from that life for over four years. I've worked hard to rebuild, heal, and provide a stable life for my beautiful son, who has special needs and requires my full-time care.

Unfortunately, part of the trauma I suffered left lasting physical damage. During the violent assaults, both of my breast implants ruptured. Over time, this has caused serious health complications, including pain, inflammation, and symptoms that are making it harder for me to care for my son and myself. After consulting with doctors, it's clear that the ruptured implants need to be removed to prevent further health deterioration.

I am a single mother with no living family beyond my son. We both live on SSI disability, and I simply do not have the means to afford this critical surgery. This situation is frightening because my health is essential, not just for me, but for my son, who depends on me for everything. His needs are significant, as he is a high-need autistic child, and I am his sole caregiver, advocate, and comfort.

Despite all the hardships, I have found strength in faith. I am a born-again Christian and now serve as a leader in my church, helping others who have faced pain, addiction, abuse, and hopelessness. Jesus saved my life, and I am committed to walking in purpose, serving others, and being the best mom I can be.

Right now, I need help, something I don't ask for lightly. The cost of the explant surgery, along with associated medical expenses, is beyond my reach, but I know God provides, often through the kindness of others.
