Hi, my small group and I have decided to start this gofundme in hopes to help out our small group leader, Jennifer (Jen) Elliot. Jen has helped my small group and I through so much during high school and while she is in a financial struggle we hope to be able to return the favor.

Recently, Jen has been having a tough time financially. As she is a single mom with a 17 year old son and no other help other than what we can try and do. Her son’s car suddenly quit working, and with that he has had trouble going to school and work and back home everyday. Jen has been trying to find him an affordable car to be able to get from place to place. Then her own car had a flat tire while driving and caused her to go into oncoming traffic. Luckily, there weren’t any wrecks or accidents but, her car was towed and she was unable to pay to get it back until days after. And most recently she had an accident where she had to get many stitches on her forehead. Unfortunately, her job does not give her health insurance, so she is having to pay for the ambulance and the stitches all on her own.

With these unfortunate circumstances for Jen, we as her high school small group want to be able to help her the best we can. Please donate to help this amazing mother and her son. All donations will be much appreciated. And if you can’t donate please just pray for Jen and her son to ask God to help her through these tough times.
