We are living with my partner's conservative family in an unclean and unsafe environment and have no means to leave or provide for ourselves and our cat, Patty. Patty is in extreme distress due to a flea infestation in the home, which we can't afford the medicine to fix. My partner and I cannot find work due to our neurodivergence and trans identities, and neither of us can safely transition due to our living situation and lack of finances.
