Hi, my name is Matthew, and I’m creating this GoFundMe for my best friend, Nathan Upegui.

Nathan is 16 years old and one of the hardest-working, most genuine people I know. He bought his first car entirely on his own by working hot dog stands, cutting grass, and doing whatever jobs he could find. He saved up every dollar and earned it through real effort.

On December 15th at around 10 p.m., Nathan was involved in a car crash that left his vehicle no longer usable. Thankfully, he is okay, but the car he worked so hard for is gone.

Nathan isn’t asking for anything fancy—just a safe, reliable used car to get him from home to school and to practice. He’s humble, kind, and well-loved by his classmates, who describe him as nice and caring. He never asks for more than he needs and always tries his best.

I’m making this GoFundMe because I care about him and want him to be safe. Any donation or share would mean the world and will help Nathan get back on the road.
