Hi, my name is Tyanna, and I’m 19 years old. I currently work as a professional nanny and am doing my best to build a stable and independent life for myself.

On March 1st, my mom let me know that when she moves, I won’t be able to move with her. She has given me until June to find somewhere else to live. Because of this, I am now trying to secure housing much sooner than I expected.

For the past few years, my home situation has been difficult, and I’ve been working toward becoming more independent. I work as a nanny and do my best to pay for many of my own expenses, including transportation, food, and personal needs. Childcare is something I truly care about, and I love supporting the families and children I work with.

Right now, I am essentially starting from scratch while trying to prepare for living on my own. I am working and saving, but covering everything in such a short amount of time is very challenging. I need help saving for a security deposit, first month’s rent, utility deposits, and basic household items so I can make sure I have safe and stable shelter.

I created this GoFundMe to ask for support during this transition. Any donations, small or large, would truly help and would help defray the substantial costs of securing housing, including rent, deposits, utilities, and basic necessities as I work toward stability.
