A plea for help. My wife's medical & living costs

Hello, my name is Fred. I have been married to Betty for 28 years. Since October 2023, Betty has had 7 surgeries to try and save her left foot. Unfortunately, they were not successful, and Betty had to have her left leg amputated, this now makes her a "double" amputee.

Our situation has become critical, Betty requires 24-hour care and assistance. Since October 2023. I have had to take considerable time off work to care for her. she cannot get around independently and needs constant care and assistance with daily life. This has caused me to lose my employment and income and has exhausted our savings.

Betty will still need several doctor's appointments as well as therapy's and another prosthetic leg just to learn to walk again. This can take 6 months to a year to achieve.
