Dallyn’s Place Community Connections began from a simple but difficult truth: when young adults with disabilities finish school, too many are left without meaningful connection, structure, or a place to belong.
This is personal for me. I’ve seen how isolation can quietly grow in everyday life, how hard it can be for families and individuals when supports drop off after school ends, especially in rural communities where services are limited.
We are raising funds to purchase and transform a local church into an inclusive community hub where young adults with disabilities can safely gather, participate in programs, build life and vocational skills, and take part in community events that give them purpose and connection.
This will not be just a building, it will be a living space of belonging. A place where people are seen for their abilities, their contributions, and their humanity. A place where families can feel hopeful about what comes next.
Our long-term goal is to create a sustainable model through programming, community events, and social enterprise so the space continues to serve people for years to come.
Your support will help us secure the building, complete necessary upgrades, and begin creating a space where inclusion is not an idea, it is lived every day.
Together, we can build something that says: no one is forgotten after school ends.
