Hi, my name is Tammy Reynolds. I live in an apartment. I do try to stay long and make it safe and homely. I have been with this landlord for almost 6 years. He has other places to care for, and lately, it feels like we are the last apartment to worry about until rent day. The plumbing is bad, and we have an electrical box that says 'temporary.' So we could have an electrical fire any day because the wires also need to be done. I have been trying to get my own place for my family. I have been approved for a loan, but I need money to put down for the loan. I know it's for a trailer, but it would be ours and new, never used.
