El día de ayer, el fue detenido por inmigración (ICE), adentro de Home Depot. Durante el arresto, fue tratado con mucha violencia. Hay videos circulando en redes sociales donde se puede ver cómo fue golpeado y sometido de manera brutal, al punto que le faltaba el aire y su presión se elevó.

En este momento, él se encuentra en un centro de detención enfrentando proceso de deportación. Nuestra familia está pasando por un momento muy difícil, especialmente nuestra hija, quien pregunta cada minuto por el y llora desconsoladamente, preguntando por su papa y no puede entender por que no esta en casa.

Estamos tratando de recaudar fondos para poder pagar un abogado de inmigración ya que los costos legales son muy altos. Solo el abogado cuesta aproximadamente $10,000 y aun no se si aprobaran una fianza.

Sabemos que son tiempos difíciles para todos, pero cualquier ayuda por pequeña que sea, hace una gran diferencia para nosotros. También agradecemos mucho que puedan compartir este enlace.

Hello, my name is Kathy; I am the partner of Wilber Orlando Hernández and the mother of his daughter.

Yesterday, he was detained by immigration authorities (ICE) inside a Home Depot store. During the arrest, he was treated with extreme violence. Videos are currently circulating on social media showing how he was beaten and brutally subdued, to the point where he struggled to breathe, and his blood pressure skyrocketed.

At this moment, he is being held in a detention center, facing deportation proceedings. Our family is going through a very difficult time, especially our daughter, who consistently asks for her father and cries because she is unable to understand why he is not home.

We are trying to raise funds to hire an immigration attorney, as legal fees are extremely high. The attorney's fees alone amount to approximately $10,000, and I still don't know if they will approve a bond.

We know that these are difficult times for everyone, but any contribution, no matter how small it is, would make a huge difference to us. We would also be deeply grateful if you could share this link.
