Please Help Prince Get a New Wheelchair

I'm getting to know Prince Rafiq who lives in Faisalabad, Pakistan. He has a winning smile and he always waves to me. He had an illness as a child that played havoc on his system and his muscles began to atrophy. He is confined to a wheelchair. I'm hoping he can get the medical attention that can help him walk again. But in the meantime, he needs a new wheelchair and this fundraiser is focused on just that goal. His present wheelchair is worn out and broken in some places. His parents are struggling to keep their family with the essentials, but even that is not easy. Thanks for any support you can provide.
