A New Truck for Bethany and Greg Sturdevant

Beloved Family and Friends,

Greg, Bethany, Thea, and Jasper were in a horrific car accident recently. Today they are all home and recovering, but their vehicle was completely totaled, and they lost several treasured items that were in the back of the truck. Here is their story.

They were t-boned on the passenger side where Bethany and Jasper were seated, spun and rolled several times, and landed upside down. Several good Samaritan’s stopped to call 911 and they were evacuated from the upside-down truck. All four were taken to the hospital and our precious Jasper was then flown to a different hospital because the doctors were worried about internal injuries. The family is extremely grateful that, after full examinations, they were able to walk away, hand in hand, together with only (albeit extensive) bruises, whiplash, and minor cuts. Jasper has stitches in his face, and Bethany has a sternum injury and an injury to her neck and upper back.

Let’s band together and get this cherished family a new truck. We all believe the truck saved their lives. It is the vehicle they feel safe in, and it supports the memories they’re creating by towing the camper and fitting all their bikes, scooters, treasures, and other things. There is a lot of healing still to come both mentally and physically, but the family is happy, getting healthier, and extremely grateful for all of the love and support pouring in from friends and family.
