My names Bethany and I am a single mom running my own farm and I really need help getting my kid into a safe healthy living situation. I’ve worked really hard for this dream but I’ve come to realize the property I got has a lot of problems and is making us sick. The mold and water issues are causing my lymes to flare up constantly making it hard to get to work and as of now I’ve had chronic pneumonia for over a year (doctors couldn’t figure out why but realizing I have mold was able to connect the two)

We have found water issues underneath the house, causing musty smells to come up through the floors and mold issues throughout. We also discovered that the entire roof is rotted out and the electrical is faulty and makes the outlets smoke. The cabinets have mold issues and water damage and the floors are molding because of the water issues under the house.

Instead of fixing an old mobile home I’m hoping to raising money to build my studio in back into a two bedroom home with a bathroom and need help getting my son and I out of this molding mobile home. I want to get us out of this space because it’s affecting our health at this point.

To build the studio out I need to build the unfinished shop into two bedrooms and build a bathroom. This price doesn’t include building a septic for the space but it’s a great start to get us out of this mobile home and into a cleaner/newer space that’s safer to be living in.

I’ve always been raised to work hard for what I want but as a single mom with one income I’m barely covering the loan and bills. I don’t have any extra for projects especially something of this magnitude.

So I humbly ask for help and support so I can focus on paying off this loan while receiving some financial help to build the studio into an home so I can get my family out of this molded mobile home.
