Hi everybody!
My family and I are taking on a project for a town that is near and dear to our hearts. It’s called Monte Flor, a small community almost 10 miles from the town my family grew up in.
Monte Flor is home to about 30 families, many with young children. While visiting this past December, we saw firsthand how difficult daily access to water is for these families. Something as basic as clean, reliable water, something many of us take for granted, remains a daily challenge for this community.
During that visit, God placed this project on our hearts to pursue. We felt called to help in a tangible way and to give back to a place that means so much to our family. Our goal is to build a new surgente de agua, a reliable water source that will provide safer and more consistent access to clean water for the people of Monte Flor.
The total cost of this project is approximately $16,500 USD! As a family, we are already committed to contributing $11,000 ourselves because we truly believe in making this happen. We are humbly asking for help raising the remaining amount, and if this cause touches your heart, any contribution, big or small, will help bring this project to life!
We are grateful to share that the project is scheduled to begin breaking ground sometime next week, so every donation helps ensure we can move forward and complete it successfully for the community.
Funds raised will go directly toward materials, local labor, and the infrastructure needed to build a sustainable water source for the town.
If you’re unable to donate, sharing this page would mean the world to us. Thank you for helping us bring clean water, hope, and lasting impact to this community!!
