Hi , my name is Mairi , a local resident of Royston ,Glasgow. A very good friend and local artist , Annemarie Devlin was asked by the local community to commission a piece of art working along side local schools and the Royston community. After long nights and months of hard work the artwork was desplayed over looking the M8 showing what Royston means to the community, unfortunately through the night mindless vandles decided to paint over the mural in football colours. This is not acceptable, I hope as a community we could raise a few pounds so that Anne-Marie could do another mural. Every little helps
