Help Us Transform a New Home for Our Dance School

Creating a new and safe, joyful space for children after the sadness of loosing our new studio after only 6 months

Our Story -

We are a local dance school that has been bringing joy, confidence, and friendship to children and families for the last three years. Unfortunately, we recently lost our current premises due to weekday evening & Sunday time restrictions on our building in a residential area, that were not known to anyone involved when CLDC took over the lease and is not appropriate for the times our school runs. This has left our students and dance teacher without a safe, welcoming space to come together, express themselves, and stay active.

This has left us all deeply devastated, with thousands being spent to transform our amazing studio which we can no longer continue to call our second home, and our children left with no secure place to dance, until we can build our new home.

Our Vision -

We are determined to reopen in a new location — one that can continue to nurture creativity, fitness, and community spirit for talented children.

Our dream is to continue and progress in a new safe, inclusive dance school where everyone feels they belong, and where children can grow stronger in body and mind through movement of dance and friendship, to achieve this goal we need the help of our family, friends and our local community….

What We Need -

We’ve found a new building, but it needs some essential work before it can open its doors. Your support will go directly toward:

• New windows – for light, safety, and energy efficiency

• Professional dance flooring – safe, sprung floors for dancers of all ages

• Ceiling repairs – making the space comfortable and welcoming

• Security improvements – keeping our students, staff, and visitors safe
