A New Chapter Begins- But We Can’t Do It Alone

Hello, my name is Kamila, I’m 23, and I’m the proud mom of my daughter Luna, who is 6 years old. I had her when I was just 16.
Today, I’m asking for your help not because I’ve given up – but because I refuse to.
We are standing at a crossroads, ready to begin a new life – but we can’t do it alone.
I’m on the autism spectrum and recently went through a very difficult period. I lost my job, my mental health collapsed under pressure, and we’ve been living in an emotionally unstable environment – full of stress, fear, and emotional manipulation. (I’m choosing to say this gently, but honestly.)
I’ve been struggling with severe depression, and despite doing everything I could, everything started falling apart – my job, my stability, my sense of self. My family has chosen not to help us, and we’ve now hit rock bottom – both emotionally and financially.
But even in all of this… I haven’t lost hope.
Recently, a new door opened for us in Vienna – a safe, supportive space and community where we can finally breathe, heal, and rebuild our lives.
We are planning to move there until September, so Luna can start in a new school right away. But we need your help to cover the basic costs of this transition: travel, initial accommodation, and starting over.
I never thought I’d write something like this.
Asking for help like this isn’t easy. But I’m not ashamed.
I’m choosing courage over silence, and I’m choosing to believe that even from the deepest low, we can rise – with a little bit of kindness and support.
If you can contribute, even a little – thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
If you can’t, but feel moved to share our story, that means the world too.
You’re not just helping us move — you’re helping us reclaim safety, hope, and a chance at life.
With love and gratitude,
Kamila & Luna ️
