My name is America, i am a mother of a 3 year old boy. I recently lost custody of my son by default judgement case in the state of Texas. My ex husband filed for divorce and custody of our child (who he hadn't been around for almost a year) i was not notified of a court date so that i could appear and defend myself and tell my side of the story.

My ex husband obtained custody of our child by simply telling the judge that our son had been under his care since our separation back in May 2023. Just like that, without being asked for proof that his statement was true, he was granted everything he asked for, and my son was ripped away from me.

My son was ripped away from everything he knew, his mother, his grandparents, aunts uncles, his home...

i am asking for help, i have been forced to relocate to Texas in order to follow the visitation schedule. all funds will go into any legal fees to help me get my baby back.. Anything helps, and i am grateful for anyone who is reading this, and i pray that God continues to bless those who help.

Mi nombre es América, soy madre de un niño de 3 años. Recientemente perdí la custodia de mi hijo por un juicio automático en el estado de Texas. Mi exmarido solicitó el divorcio y la custodia de nuestro hijo (con quien no había convivido durante casi un año). No fui notificada de una fecha de corte para poder presentarme, defenderme y contar mi versión de la historia.

Mi exmarido obtuvo la custodia de nuestro hijo simplemente diciéndole al juez que nuestro hijo había estado bajo su cuidado desde nuestra separación en mayo de 2023. Así, sin que se le pidiera prueba de la veracidad de su declaración, se le concedió todo lo que solicitó, y mi hijo me fue arrebatado.

Mi hijo fue alejado de todo lo que conocía: su madre, sus abuelos, tías y tíos, su hogar...

Estoy pidiendo ayuda. Me he visto obligada a mudarme a Texas para poder seguir el régimen de visitas. Todos los fondos se destinarán a cualquier gasto legal para ayudarme a recuperar a mi bebé. Cualquier cosa ayuda, y estoy agradecida con cualquiera que esté leyendo esto, y ruego a Dios que continúe bendiciendo a quienes ayuden.
