UPDATE!!! Happy fourth to you. Well, another Holiday almost gone by and still no word about sarah. I just spent the day by myself, because I did not want to bother people whole with their family. I am not getting any results from anyone so, it is so important I go and find her myself. That is why I am doing this fund raiser. Because I cannot afford to go. But I cannot just sit here and wait any more.
Her car has been spotted a couple of times, but no one could tell who was in the car. The post about her has been on facebook for 3 weeks. Her car has been in public, but no one has seen her. I have to know If she is ok, or if she needs help before it is too late if not already too late. I am mentally exhausted, been doing this for 8 months by myself. But I cannot giveup, because no one else will step up and look for her. Thanks for reading...have a good weekend.
,Good day to you. I am Lori from Barberton, Ohio. I am trying to raise money to go find my missing daughter. I have to physically go look for her, talk to people in person, and check a few places out. There are 6 states that she could be in, so I will have to go to all 6. I do not know how else to get this money to go. I live alone and have no one I can ask for help. This is making me physically ill, and I feel like a part of my soul is gone. I am afraid that she is going to take her life or a couple of bad people that did terrible things to her are going to find her.
First, I have to say that she is a very smart young lady. She is 28 and graduated from Ohio State with a psychology major. She teaches autistic kids and does counseling. Also, she just got accepted to John Carroll grad school before she left. I have it posted all over Facebook, including a few missing person pages. I went to Ohio State Patrol, my local police department, sheriff's department, and Northfield police department. That is where she was last seen. I have also talked to Kentucky State Police, West Virginia police, and Tennessee police. She left Ohio on November 13, 2024. I was the last one she contacted on February 18, 2025. No one has heard a word from her since.
This is a long story, I apologize. In April 2024, my daughter Sarah contacted me and said some terrible things were done to her. So my son and I went to West Virginia and brought her back to Ohio that day. She stayed with a friend of mine in Northfield, Ohio. We talked almost every day and hung out a few times. She got a job teaching autistic kids and got a car. Everything was going great.
On 11/11/24, she came over to my house and we went shopping all day. We got back to my house, I made dinner and she spent the night. When I got up in the morning, I had to work, so she went back to my friend's house.
Two days later, my friend called and said she left. She said she was going camping for a few days. My heart stopped. I knew she was gone. When she moved to West Virginia for a few years, I did not worry about her for one second. When he told me she was gone, I had the worst sickening gut feeling that this was not going to end well. And I still have that feeling to this day.
She would not answer my texts or calls at all. So, I went to my local police department. The officer tried to call her but got no answer. He said he would keep trying from different numbers and put a BOLO out in Northfield. That was two days after she left. Four days gone, still didn't talk to her. So I went to the sheriff's department. He tried calling her a couple of times. No answer. He left her a voicemail saying she had to call the sheriff's department, this is very serious. He went in the back to start a missing persons report. Then she texted me, said she was fine, she is camping. So, we put the missing persons report on hold.
A week later, she told my friend that she was living with a guy in Tennessee. I didn't hear from her at all until the last week in January.
In December 2024, an address finally came up with my daughter's name in Kentucky. I called Kentucky State Police. They went to the address, and they said they never heard of her. So, I looked up the number she was using when I got her in West Virginia. It was a Kentucky number, and a girl in Kentucky is using it now. And guess what, she used to live at the address that came up with my daughter's name. And her brother still lives there.
I called the Kentucky state trooper again. He called her, and she lied. She said she got the number in March, but my daughter was still using it in April. She said she doesn't even know a Sarah, but has seven friends on Facebook named Sarah. How ironic. The trooper believed her, got mad at me, and said it had to be a glitch in the app that gave me the information. He called the app, and they canceled my account.
The last week in January until February 18, 2025, she was getting money from her dad and i every day. And then on the 18th, everything just stopped! Her phone said this number is unreachable. All contact was through text, except one time in January, she asked me to call her. She said she needed to hear my voice. On 2/18/2025, I texted her and said I need to know what state you are in, I am worried about you. She said she was in North Carolina. And that is the last contact at all.
In March, I went to Northfield police, and they put a hit on her plate. South Carolina sent a pic of her car with an Ohio plate caught on a traffic cam. That is the last thing I have to hold on to. I am going back to Northfield police department today to file a missing persons report. If they say no again, I am calling the attorney general and/or the FBI to get one done.
. So I am losing it. I cannot lose her. That is why this is so very, very important that I do this. Please. I am going to have to get a rental car, will be gone and miss work about 10 days, will have to get a room every night, gas, food, and if I find her, she will need clothes, food, and necessities. Thank you for reading, and God bless.
Oh, please no scammers. I will not send any money or all of my personal info.
