Long Island Divorce Experience: A Mom’s Fight for Justice!

April 10th , 2023 the day my life changed forever. It was the day I found out of my husband's infidelity. A day I wish no wife should ever have to endure. Going on the computer to upload pictures to make a photo slide for his 40th birthday to only discover that my husband has been having an affair.

The photos that I found of him with her matched up to days he had said he had to travel for his “business and work.” I couldn’t believe my eyes and you can only imagine the pain that I was feeling and what terrible things were going through my mind. The life I had worked so hard to build in the 14 years together was no longer. Many more lies and deceptions after that unraveled like a can of worms.

And now almost a year and half later I am still fighting this man to do the right thing and provide for our children, but his unwillingness to do so is leaving us under difficult circumstances such as struggling financially to keep a roof over our heads, paying utilities on time, and putting food on the table. No mother should ever have to worry about that.

I sincerely THANK anyone and everyone who have helped us thus far to get to where we are today, but times are trying for a single mother and unfortunately, I have exhausted all my funds in paying for this divorce and need further financial assistance to continue to pay legal fees. But I will not give up and I know I’m not alone on this when I say he needs to be a man and own up to his mistakes.

I’m asking the community, my family, and friends for help because I know how many more people he has affected and screwed over and together we can stop him once and for all.
