A Mother's Battle for Her Children's Future

Dear friends

As you may or may not know, my daughter 2 years ago, my daughter left her husband and moved into a community home for victims of domestic violence. In October of 2024 her husband was sentenced to 3 years in prison. My daughter was granted full custody. But to our dismay the courts ruled that my daughter was not able to give proper care to her 3 children. She had no apartment, no job, no car & no family in Italy...She was told she had to leave the community home and that her children would be placed with new families. I hired a real estate agent and go her an apartment, at a cost of 7,000$ I have given my daughter financial aid through out her 10 year marriage which included doctors, dental, rent, and cash. Currently I've paid all expenses (which included the apartment and legal fee to get her children back home). Over the past 10 years and currently I have gone through 75,000 dollars of my savings. I am currently living off my Screen Actors Guild pension and social security. Acting roles at my age aren't as frequent as they use to be. I can still afford to cover her expenses until she finds a job. However the legal expenses in her fight to regain custody of her children is more than I can handle. I ask you to help us win this battle. Any amount will help. I need to cover the costs for the legal expenses in her divorce,& child custoday cases. I am quite embarrassed to ask for your help but my daughter, grandkids along with myself are devastated by the current situation. The children are only allowed 1 list & I video chat per month. The 1st step will be to increase the visits. Can you imagine the pain of loosing your children through no fault of your own.
