Please help me fight an intense custody battle and divorce against my abusive ex. Despite a true CPS finding just in 2023, preceded by over a decade of abuse and neglect, the courts will likely award 50/50 custody due to rigid child custody laws in the state of Arkansas that were established in 2021. My husband has the tendency to be predictably unpredictable in ways that harm the kids, and I am fighting the fight that will hopefully limit their exposure to his harmful behavior. My current attorney has not delivered results up to this point and from a legal standpoint things are not looking great for me. However, I am trying to secure a more reputable attorney that is committed to accurately displaying my flood of evidence that shows my kids suffering physical harm to the Judge in two weeks! That way when (not if) my ex continues his poor behavioral choices and violates our decree, I can be in the best posture to hold him accountable.
