Hi, my name is Teresa Dube, and I am raising funds for my brother, Josh. On October 1st, he was in a terrible motorcycle accident less than two minutes from home. A car backing out of a driveway didn’t see him and struck him. By some miracle, Josh survived—but he has suffered severe injuries and faces a very long road to recovery.

Josh’s injuries are extensive: his right arm was broken in multiple places, his left leg was broken from the hip down, his right femur is fractured and will require a rod, his back is fractured, he has multiple broken ribs, a punctured lung, and serious lacerations to his liver and spleen. He has already endured so much, and more surgeries and treatments lie ahead.

Our family is beyond grateful that Josh is still with us, but the physical, emotional, and financial toll is overwhelming. He will need extensive medical care, surgeries, and rehabilitation, and he will be unable to work for quite some time. Josh also has a young daughter that he provides for.

This fundraiser is to help cover Josh’s medical expenses, therapy, and basic needs while he recovers. Every donation, no matter the amount, will go directly toward his care and healing. Josh is a fighter. Anyone who knows him knows his strength, determination, and the way he brings light to the people around him.
