The Mary Faith children’s centre In Nairobi, Kenya; houses children who have been sexually and physically abused, trafficked and abandoned. The centre currently has 48 children, spanning age ranges from baby to 20.
These children recently had their first trip to see giraffes, play tug-of-war at the park and have a water fight at the end. Their sheer joy at having an experience most of us take for granted is the reason for this page .

Steven Arundel’s newly formed charity ‘Afri-can’, is dedicated to making the lives of these children better; allow them to have the chance of a future. Gain an education, have access to medical care and counselling and have the basic provision of food, clothing and a bed. All these things are precious and certainly not free ..
We would love them to experience a Christmas to remember and achieve more ‘firsts’ along the way!
Firstly a train ride to Mombassa .. never will they have seen a train before, let alone ridden in one!
Travel to a Villa next to the sea.. again another first .. how wonderful will that be to smell the sea air, enjoy the openness of the space and build sandcastles, bbq on the beach
Last but by no means least.. have a Christmas.. a meal other than maize or porridge.. a tree, sing carols and maybe receive agift from Santa
We take these special moments for granted; we know they will happen for us every year . Let’s allow these 48 beautiful souls the chance to experience it for the firsttime, and give them an experience they’ll never forget. ❤️
Any donation, no matter how large or small really will change a child’s life immeasurably.. thank you
