Felecia is the heart of our family—a woman who never stops giving, even when life throws her the toughest challenges. As the primary provider for herself and her mother, Felecia is a dedicated caregiver for the elderly and, alongside her mom, the daily caregiver for my child. While David (Felecia's brother and my boyfriend) and I work, Felecia pours her love and energy into our baby, always putting others first. She is the kind of person who would give her last dollar to someone in need, never asking for anything in return.

Behind Felecia’s incredible work ethic is a daily battle that began with a devastating car accident in 2012. She lives with a traumatic brain injury (TBI) that has left her with atrophy in her left frontal lobe, severe dyslexia, and chronic pain from debilitating migraines. Despite these challenges, Felecia has never stopped fighting to be independent and provide for her mother. Her resilience and compassion inspire everyone who knows her.

Recently, Felecia’s only vehicle—the lifeline she relies on for DoorDash deliveries and caregiving—gave out completely and cannot be salvaged. For someone who depends on her car to earn an income and care for others, this loss is devastating. Felecia and her mom are now stranded, and our family is struggling to coordinate transportation so she can continue helping us and others. The stress and uncertainty have rippled through our entire family, making it clear how urgently Felecia needs support.
