On February 18th at 10:02am our beautiful daughter Serana Lilly was born. My fiance Nicole delivered by emergency c section due to a complication called pre-eclampsia. Serana was due on April 9th. Being a pre term baby, she had a few of her own struggles. Two collapsed lungs and three breathing machines later she is making great progress and recovering well. All of this happened while we were in the process of finding a safe place to bring her home to. With the early birth and, what we can only assume will be a hefty hospital bill, we decided to try to raise some money to help get that started as well as to assist in placing us in a home at which to bring her when she is released from the hospital. A few charities at the hospital have been assisting us in every way that they can and the people at children and youth have thrown their hat into the ring as well. Im gratefull to our families as well, as they have been very supportive through this tough time. Any help is grately appreciated. Thanks to all that take the time to read our story.
