Hello, my name is Nicole, and I am reaching out to you for help during a challenging time. My children and I have been working hard to achieve our goal of a home of our own, but we’ve hit a roadblock. We are so close to being able to close, however, I was not aware that I would need to purchase home insurance for an entire year for my lender before closing can happen. This is my very last step, but I do not have the funds to cover an entire year of home insurance. This last year has had lots of ups for us, but unfortunately it has had many downs.
