Yesterday, our family experienced an unimaginable loss. My sister’s partner — the father of her four children — passed away from stage 4 cancer. While his gravesite has thankfully been covered, my sister is now facing the weight of raising four children on her own.

On top of the emotional pain, the financial responsibility has become overwhelming overnight.
