I regularly chat with two Big Issue sellers. Marianna at Morrison’s in Herne Bay and Ronnie in Sevenoaks outside M&S. 

I used to talk to Martin outside Warren Street Station on my weekly commute into London. He loved a ham and cheese sandwich and genuinely wanted to know how my day was. Then he disappeared and I always wonder if he’s ok. 

Ronnie is not ok. Ronnie has lost his family home during the lock down and now commutes to his patch to sell the Big Issue from Portsmouth. He pays £33 to do this. That’s a good day’s earnings for a seller. 

He’s a human. He has a family. We can change this young man’s life. Please help us to raise the money to support him in moving back to Kent.
