Hello all,
We are a non-profit named A Group Of Friends that formed with the purpose of creating social justice reform and racial awareness to the people of Virginia.
A Group Of Friends was founded because we simply could not stand by while African Americans in America have been suffering at the hands of police who should be protecting all of us. Our organization is comprised of diverse cultures and ethnicities, who wish to transform our community here in Virginia. All of the founders share a passion for social change.
We are raising capital to fund events to engage our local community in town hall meetings, educational events. There will also be a series of special events like the summit we have planned on July 3rd, 2020. In this seminal event we will discuss executable changes and solutions for reducing racism and gender bias in our community. We will discuss the importance of policy changes needed with our local law enforcement and the state legislative reforms we must pursue to enact long lasting change.
With the help of people like you who are committed to engaging in the social revolution that is sweeping the world, any contribution will help us do our part to contribute to ending systematic racism.
