For nearly two years, LaEtta Babiash has been in the fight of her life—not for herself, but for her grandson. When her oldest daughter, Sarah, passed away and left behind a baby boy just 10 months old, LaEtta’s heart knew God had called her to step in. What followed has been a long and difficult journey of love, loss, and relentless battles in the courtroom.
LaEtta has traveled back and forth across the country, attended countless hearings, and faced two emergency appeals from opposing attorneys—both denied—because she refuses to give up on the bond God created between a grandmother and her grandson. Now, she is entering another critical stage: defending the visitation orders already in place. These visits aren’t just court-ordered time—they are moments of love, stability, and connection that shape this little boy’s life.
But as anyone who has walked this road knows, the financial weight of legal fees, travel costs, and court filings is overwhelming. And while the burden is heavy, LaEtta continues to trust God’s faithfulness and walk in His will for this child’s future.
This is more than a legal fight. It is about God’s calling, a grandmother’s love, and a child’s right to grow up surrounded by family and faith.
We are asking for your help—whether through giving or sharing—to ease the financial strain so LaEtta can continue focusing on what truly matters: being there for her grandson.
Your gift will go directly toward:
✦ Legal fees to continue her case
✦ Travel expenses for court and visitation
✦ Court filing and appeal costs
Every donation, no matter the size, makes a difference. If you cannot give financially, please consider sharing this fundraiser and covering LaEtta and her grandson in your prayers.
We believe God’s hand is on this situation, and with your support, LaEtta can keep fighting for the bond He has blessed between grandmother and grandson.
Thank you for your prayers, your generosity, and for standing with LaEtta in this journey of faith, love, and family.
