Milk for Buhoma Primary School and the community

Inspired by the Peruvian milk program (Vaso de Leche ) I decided to implement a similar project after my last volunteering visit to Uganda in April 2021. Today, with the help of Buhoma aid , the head teacher of Mukono Primary School, mothers and many others, we have been able to provide a glass of milk to all 200 students every day.
<<Update 09-08-21>> We have provided about 10,000 servings of milk to children, breastfeeding mothers and the elderly. Due to government COVID restrictions, we have had to change the delivery method, since schools have been shut down. Today we are using distribution centers to provide milk to the families and the elderly.
