Rachel Yaa Brena's Future (Seth's Daughter)
Donation protected
Our beloved, Seth Addison, passed away at the young age of 35 years old on July 23, 2022. He was someone who brought joy and light to all who knew him. It seems unfathomable that we would be faced with doing life without him. His smile had power and the ability to bring joy instantly. He was a blessing to our family and many people near and far. Seth was the most genuine soul who needed little but gave much. We genuinely believe that his legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of those he touched. He is survived by his 5-year-old daughter, Rachel Yaa Brena Gyamfi, his parents and family in Ghana, and his North Augusta family.
Seth Addison (Prince Kwame Gyamfi) was born in Accra, Ghana, on August 12, 1986. He came to America to continue his education and create a better life. Seth came to live with us (The Franklin's) during his first year of High School. Soccer united him with our family and the community. He became a son and brother in our hearts and lives. He was involved in many activities and groups within the community. Seth's ambition and discipline to be successful at all he did was inspiring to say the least. After graduating high school in 2005, he continued his education and soccer at Lander University; then, he transferred to Newberry College to play soccer with his brother, Jeffrey Bell. Seth graduated in the fall of 2009 with a B.S. in Business Administration. Not long after this, he completed his goal of continuing his education by earning a Master's Degree in Business from Strayer University.
Seth was passionate about his daughter, family and friends, education, work ethic, and soccer. While his journey was not always easy, he was never a quitter and gave everything his best. Those that knew him would describe him as a phenomenal leader and role model. He was his daughter's biggest supporter and primary provider for her in Ghana. Seth's goal was always to provide his daughter with a healthy and nurturing lifestyle along with education and activities to be successful in this life. We want to find a way to make him proud and continue the legacy he began. While we are confident that God will provide as He always does, we know this platform is a way for us to raise money to help support the future of his four-year-old daughter, now left without her father. We aim to reach $20,000 to help provide and support Rachel Yaa Brena Gyamfi in the coming years. If you find it in your heart to donate, our family is ever so grateful. We plan to share updates and stories as we navigate the road ahead.
We cannot thank you enough for your love and support during this difficult time.
Love,
