My name is Mona, and I am raising funds for my dear friend Leon, whose life was forever changed after a devastating, life-threatening accident that nearly took his life.

As a result of the accident, Leon suffered multiple broken bones, fractured ribs, and severe physical trauma. He currently has limited movement in his limbs, requires ongoing medical care, and is unable to live independently at this time. After weeks of hospitalization, he has been transferred to a skilled nursing facility in Florida, where he continues his long and difficult recovery.

While Leon is grateful to be alive, his journey is far from over. He has no stable place to live once he is discharged, and the costs of rehabilitation, medical care, basic living needs, and securing safe housing are overwhelming. Right now, his biggest obstacle to healing is not just his injuries—but having nowhere to go to rebuild his life.
