A Fresh Start for Kaitlyn; Every Little Bit Helps

Hello to everyone near and far. My name is Sonya Larabie. I’m writing this in hopes of helping my dear little cousin., Kaitlyn. For about ten years, Kaitlyn has struggled with mental illness. She was diagnosed Bipolar around the age of 20, and has been fighting this illness since. She has tried countless treatments, including therapy, psychiatry, group therapy, and inpatient hospitals.

Her most recent experience inpatient she spent over 2 months in residential treatment in Florida. This facility scared her and is not what was promised, leaving Kaitlyn with exacerbated symptoms, and these unfortunate circumstances.

Due to the combination of these time consuming treatments and inpatient stays, Kaitlyn is in a place unable to meet basic necessities, has no transportation to work, and is months behind on bills.

Every donation, no matter the size brings Kaitlyn a step closer to regaining and rebuilding a life. For transparency, the donated money will go toward medical bills, further mental health treatment, transportation to work and appointments and generally getting Kaitlyn back on her feet.
