A FOUNDATION OF FAITH: A CHURCH FOR TO GENERATIONS TO COME

ሓገዝ ንመስርሒ ሓድሽ ቤተ ክርስትያን ደብረ ሃይል ቅዱስ ሚካኤል ቤ/ክ ካልጋሪ

"አምላኽ ሰማይ ከቕንዓልና እዩ'ሞ፡ ንሕና ባሮቱ ተንሲእና ክንዓዪ ኢና" (ነህምያ 2፥20)

ኣብ ዓዲ ጓና ክንበዝሕን፡ ኣብ ቤቱ ብሕብረት ከነመስግኖ ዝፈቐደ ቅዱስ እግዚአብሔር ዝተመስገነ ይኹን። ከምዝፍለጥ ደ/ሃ/ቅ/ ሚካኤል ናይ ኤርትራ ኦርቶዶክስ ተዋህዶ ቤተክርስትያን ኣብ ካልጋሪ፡ ኣልበርታ፡ ካናዳ፡ ሓድሽ ቤተ ክርስትያን ክሰርሕ ጀሚሩ ይርከብ። እዚ ድማ እቲ ዘሎ ኣዝዩ ንኡሽተይ ቤተክርስትያን ምስቲ እናዓበየ ዝመጽእ ዘሎ ብዝሒ ምእመናን ፈጺሙ ክመጣጠን ስለዘይክኣለ እዩ።

ቤት እግዚአብሔር ንምስራሕ ኣብ እንገብሮ ይዕበ ይንኣስ ኣበርክቶ፡ እግዚአብሔር ባህ ዘብልን፡ ዓስቢ ዘውህብን እዩ'ሞ፡ እዩ እሞ ኣብ ኩሉ ዓለም እትርከቡ ሕዝበ ክርስቲያን ድምጺ ቤተ ክርስቲያን ሰሚዕኩም፣ኢድኩም ክትዝርግሑ፣ኣብዚ ዓቢይን ታሪኻውን ናይ በረኸት ስራሕ ክትሳተፉ ብስም እግዚአብሔርን፣ብስም ቅዱስ ሚካኤል ሊቀ መላእክት ንምሕጸን። ኩላትና ምእመናን ከከም ዓቕምና ብምሕጋዝ ተሳተፍቲ ናይ'ዚ ዓቢ በረኸት ክንከውን፡ መንፈሳዊ ጻውዒትና ብትሕትና ነቕርብ።

Blessed be the Holy God, who has allowed us to multiply and glorify Him together in His house, even in a foreign land.

By His grace, Debre Hayl Qidus Mikael Eritrean Orthodox Tewahedo Church in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, has now begun the construction of a new church building. This step has become necessary due to our current place of worship being very small and cannot meet the needs of our expanding congregation.

No offering is too small or too great in the eyes of God. When it is offered for the house of God, it is pleasing to Him and will be rewarded by Him. Therefore, with love and humility, we call upon Christians all over the world to listen to the voice of the Church. Reach out with love, and take part in this historic work of blessing, in the Name of God and in honour of Saint Michael the Archangel, the leader of the heavenly hosts.

Let each of us, according to our ability, take part in this sacred effort. With humility and spiritual devotion, we offer what we can, that we may become partakers in this great blessing.
