Hello, my kind-hearted friends! As you may know, my name is Mandi, and I am a kick-butt sober single momma raising two incredible children.

Today, I took a long hard look in the mirror and wondered how someone with as much social anxiety as myself has ended up in an urgent position to man up and begin to make the uncomfortable/rewarding request to my loved peers for help!

I'm hoping for your support to make our dream of owning a home a reality!!

Picture a life where you are a single mom, working tirelessly to provide for your children's needs while also yearning for the chance to call a place your home. That's my reality. I have been facing the challenges of picking up the pieces of our lives for the past 2+ years, struggling to keep up with my growing kiddos and providing with little to no financial help, leading me here finding it nearly impossible to secure the down payment/closing cost on our dream home!

To me, homeownership represents so much more than just bricks and mortar; it symbolizes stability, security, and the chance to let my children enjoy their childhood without the fear of where we will lay our heads next. Owning a home would mean giving them a safe and nurturing environment, where they can grow, thrive, and build beautiful memories that will last a lifetime.

I am reaching out to you today, my dear friends, to ask for your help in raising the funds needed to cover the down payment and closing costs for our forever home. We have a busy but merely short 2 weeks ahead of us to secure this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Your generosity will empower me to break free from the cycle and chains of the horrifying unknown and possible homelessness, and of relying on others to take us in. My greatest fear will be smashed and overpowered in the sense I can provide my children with the stability they deserve!!!
