A first hello and a final goodbye

My mother lives on the sunshine coast in qld and has extensive small cell cancer and is in her final stages of life .
I have done all the right things in order too get one last chance of being with my mum and for her too meet my son (3 months old ) and yet if i want any time with her i need too pay $3000 and be forced into hotel quarantine for 14 days before i can have any contact with my mum.

I have 3 sons, ages 4, 2 and a 3 month old baby. My hands are tied and my heart is broken,
i know so many families are being ripped apart by this obserd notion that the states premier feels they have the right to say myself and many not get a chance too hold our loved ones ever again based on the state we live in !

I am just a daughter wanting to hug my mum and share what time she has left with us , too build memories of my son meeting his grandmother before she is taken away from us. A simple moment too forever be held so close too my heart. This is time we can never get back but with all the help i can get will be moments i will forever be grateful for.
