A Few Good Men Walk the Camino for Aoife's Clown Doctors

Adrian Hendrick is organizing this fundraiser to benefit AOIFE'S CLOWN DOCTORS COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE.

We are 8 guys and friends raising money in aid of AOIFE'S CLOWN DOCTORS Ireland Charity and every donation will help. We are walking the 150km Camino across 6 days in June to help support this charity that is very personal to us. We are covering our own costs of travel so all funds raised here will go direct to the charity.

One of us walking is Adrian Hendrick who along with his wife Aine, set up this charity in 2014, in memory of their daughter Aoife. Aoife had died suddenly at age 5 after a brief battle with leukaemia in 2012. As part of Aoife's legacy the charity they established provides Clown Doctor entertainers into children's hospital wards in various hospitals across Ireland. Aoife's Clown Doctors will be in the new Children's Hospital in Dublin when it opens later this year, and relies entirely on the charitable funds raised to run this incredible service.
