Friends, I need to ask you for a favor. Some of you may not be aware, but I am no longer traveling for a living. This is my time to be at home, where I’m needed the most. One of the essential needs I have in this new season of life is the flexibility to be available at home. This year, my son and I moved to Columbia, TN. We are excited to be here, but still have several hurdles that can seem like mountains that stand in our way.
For the last several months, I have struggled to find a path forward concerning employment. I am not afraid of hard work, but one of our needs is that I cannot be away for very long throughout the day. I recently tried delivering for Uber Eats just to attempt something for income. My son rides along with me, and it has worked out quite well; he really enjoys it. However, Uber Eats delivery isn’t enough to cover what we need. With that in mind, here is a solution that I believe will be feasible.
I’d like to start a business that will not only allow me work flexibility, but also provide my son with an opportunity to work with me and learn valuable life skills. I am opening a junk removal business. I have already spoken with several potential clients and have garnered their support. I’m not walking into this blindly, but prayerfully.
I am seeking $18500 for three months of minimum living expenses and basic startup costs which include a dump trailer and business software.
If it is on your heart to invest into my life and start this next chapter, your donations would be such a blessing in more ways than I can publicly share. You’ll be helping this dad navigate a very serious situation.
