Recently, my brother Rob received the kind of news no family should ever have to face. The cancer he has been fighting renal cell carcinoma is now incurable, and the time we have left with him is painfully uncertain.

If you know my brother, you know he is the kindest soul you could ever meet. The sort of person who would give you his last pound, who shows up without being asked, who helps anyone friend or stranger it never mattered. He has spent his whole life lifting others up and never once asked for anything in return. He’s one of the good ones.

He has a beautiful family and four amazing young children who adore him. Even now, he’s holding onto hope, setting himself goals, and trying to make every moment count. One of the dreams closest to his heart is to take his family abroad something he’s never been able to do. His wish is to give his children a trip of a lifetime to Disneyland Paris, filled with sunshine, laughter, magic, and love… memories they can carry with them forever.

We’re hoping to raise £8,000 to make that trip possible. And if we’re fortunate enough to go beyond that goal, anything extra will become a small nest egg for his children a bit of comfort for their future, something from their dad for when he can no longer be here.
