My name is Caitlin and I am raising money for a family in my community.

They are a family of four; a father, mother, middle school aged son, and another older son who I have not met because he has to work two jobs. The father has not been able to work in weeks due to feeling unsafe and terrorized in his own community. The older son is still going out to work, but has two jobs to try and support their whole family. No young adult should have to work morning and night to support their family. The middle schooler has been doing remote learning for weeks.

I let the father know that there are so many people who would love to help him and his family, and he was on the verge of tears when he heard this.

Your donations will go towards their rent, groceries, healthcare,etc., due to lost wages from the father not being able to go to work. We are unsure how long this will go on for, so anything helps. This is a great way to have a direct impact on an individual family.

Our community is stronger together, and we will not be scared into submission!
