URGENT-Palestinian Family in UK need our help

Hello everyone, I am Grace, a volunteer with Barakah Food Aid, a wonderful organization based in Manchester, for the past 15years, founded by the incredibly kind-hearted Manzoor. Together with another dedicated organization that facilitated the family's relocation from Gaza, we have been entrusted with the responsibility of caring for this family here in the UK. The family, consisting of four beautiful children aged 14, 14, 9, and 8, arrived on Saturday, the 25th. Their journey has been marked by unimaginable hardship - leaving behind a large family they have lost contact with and receiving the devastating news of close friends being killed on the day of their arrival. Their home was destroyed early on in the conflict, forcing them to endure months in a tent under dire conditions. They were forced to leave behind their beloved family members, in a tent on the pavement not knowing if they will ever see them again. As much as they are happy to be safe, their hearts are still with their absent family and friends in their home land. The council have given them a small room with 3 beds for a family of 6, they are so grateful for this however there are no cooking facility’s and they have very little money I had the privilege of spending time with this family and witnessing the love and care they show their children. The mother is an absolute pillar of strength, she was moved to tears seeing her youngest son smiling and laughing.The pain and suffering they have endured is beyond comprehension. This family have lost their home and all of their belongings and memories , in a foreign land, the family now faces an uncertain future. I can’t help thinking they must be so full of fears of the unknown it’s is a daunting and overwhelming situation for them, and they need our support more than ever. I am reaching out to you with the HOPE that together, we can alleviate the financial burdens this family is currently facing.
